The Prague Astronomical Clock (Pražský orloj).

It was right around the corner from my hostel, so I got to see it become animated on the hour. Huge crowds of tourists would form around it to snap photos and take video, while vendors from the various restaurants around the square would sell sausages and mulled wine (they were overprices, but good).

Though I think the astronimical clock in Strasburg is still more impressive, this one does put on a good show — the 12 apostles pass through the two windows up top, while a skeleton representing death chimes a bell in a spire up top by pulling a bell.
